Appointments: Please contact our office at 480-895-4491 or text 602-317-6286 to schedule your next massage, facial or waxing appointments. Please note, to schedule with Dr. Martell or Ms. Thelma please call or text 602-317-6288 since they visit the wellness center on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
All appointments are available for new patients and clients seeking services, as well as accommodating our existing ones.
Financial: We take pride in providing quality care at an affordable price, so you get the best value possible. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa or Mastercard as fee for services.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24 hour notice. This advance notice is necessary so we can offer this appointment to another client or patient. A minimum of $40 for a 55 minute and $65 for 85 minute services will be charged if a client or patient does not show up for an appointment or give sufficient notice.
